Mölnlycke is looking for a Service Owner – Digital workplace, to join the Infrastructure and Digital Workplace team. As a Service Owner at Mölnlycke, you will play a key role in developing the Digital Workplace capabilities for the entire Mölnlycke organization. This position will be placed at the global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.
 

For this position, we are looking for a skilled workplace Service Owner specializing in device management, device platform, and software packaging and distribution, with a proactive attitude geared towards holistic IT management. The ideal candidate should take a complete end-to-end responsibility for device platforms and software distribution processes, confident in technology but emphasizing the creation of tangible business benefits.  

 

In this role, you will primarily concentrate on device management strategy and software packaging and distribution, while also contributing to the broader digital workplace team. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting overall service delivery within the digital workplace domain and providing input for requirements, guidelines, and policies. Additionally, you will actively engage in various IT initiatives and projects, aiming to educate stakeholders and foster an understanding and awareness for the digital workplace's capabilities. 

 

Some of the key accountabilities for this role includes: 

  • Act as Service Owner for the technical platforms managing devices and software distribution, including: 
  • Service strategy 
  • Service design 
  • Continuous improvement 
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Life cycle management & refresh policies 
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for device and platform management in an alignment with organizational goals 
  • Define, establish and continuously develop the service offerings in the portfolio 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal customers to design and implement new services and enhancements 
  • Monitor service performance and proactively identify and addressing potential issues to minimize service disruption 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors, to ensure effective delivery

What you’ll need 

 

Qualifications and personal qualities  

  • Although the role is not considered operational or hands-on, we are looking for someone who has a solid technology background but transferred into a more service management-oriented role. 
  • You should be comfortable in engaging different suppliers and have experience in working in a multi sourcing environment. 
  • If you enjoy brainstorming and collaborating with others to find solutions, gaining commitments and mandate when needed, taking ownership and lead to deliver value-based solutions in a global environment, you are probably the right person for this position. 

 

Additional skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and ecosystem 
  • Solid background within digital workplace area 
  • Technical background, focusing on Microsoft technologies such as SCCM & Intune 
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on service design and transition 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment
  • Strong ITIL processes experiences 
  • English professional working proficiency
  • A B.Sc. in IT or equivalent in experience is required.
