Due to an internal promotion Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Technology Specialist, ServiceNow & People Processes (m/f/d) to join the global People Technology & Analytics team. This position drives the delivery of key strategic projects with a focus on ServiceNow to bring employee experience to the forefront. You will cooperate closely with the People Services Team as well as IT and Global Business Services (GBS).

 

Location: fully remote within Europe

 

What you’ll do

  • Steer the continuous development and maintenance of People ServiceNow.
  • Partner with People, IT and GBS stakeholders to translate functional needs into clear and achievable system requirements. Aims at process optimization and user efficiency.
  • Provide training, guidance and support materials on ServiceNow HR (and other related systems) towards the People Services teams.
  • Ensure employee experience is brought to the forefront for ServiceNow - all components, including the MSP Mölnlycke Service Portal, HR case management and knowledge management and other digital solutions, to increase digital employee engagement.
  • Project management support for people and technology initiatives. Facilitate implementations, continuous improvement projects and stakeholder communication.
  • Responsible for user acceptance testing of new or updates features.

 

What you’ll need

  • University Business Degree in Human Resources or IT or relevant field. 
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience with Global HRIS applications and knowledge of analytic tools such as Success Factors and PowerBI.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on working experience of ServiceNow (HR modules) is a Must-have.
  • Sound understanding and experience of HR processes and HR ways of working.
  • Able to assess, analyse and articulate business requirements to provide technology solutions.
  • Project Management experience of delivering end to end People Tech projects or HR transformation projects.
  • Understanding of change management impact on business and business leaders.
  • Experience of working in a multinational and multi-cultural organization. 
  • Clear customer and user experience mindset – simplifying through technology.
  • Skilled in culture differences in communications across a global business.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and based in Europe.
